I came in on the last day to file taxes, an hour before they closed. They were properly staffed and there was absolutely zero wait. The transaction itself was no longer than two minutes. Everyone was wearing masks properly and respectful of potential contamination. All around best-case scenario when working with the Post Office. I’d say buy your employees some pizza, but I’m not sure you guys could even get the funding for THAT. Thanks for working so hard.

The process to resolve issues with this Garden City location is a joke!!!nWait times are sometimes over an hour to speak to someone. It seems due to Covid19 issues and the lack of help the Post Office is able to cover up their inadequacy. Our Postal worker who delivers our mail during the week should be held accountable for doing a substandard job. If she doesn't like or want her job there are a multitude of people who need to work that would be happy to have an opportunity!

I've had nothing but good experiences at this location. Kind and quick service along with holding packages for me that I picked up from the office rather than waited an extra day to have delivered.nMany of these negative reviews are bizarre rants against the USPS as a whole rather than issues with this particular post office.

Postal carrier did not leave notice where are package was, tracking number did not provide, 800 number 20 minutes hold so we drove to a post office to get address of this office where our package was. I explained what happened and they didn’t even say sorry. Usps clearly doesn’t care how they treat their customers and sorry isnt in their vocabulary. The first office also didn’t say sorry. I sure hope usps is put out of business as usps and Fedex handles packages, who needs mail in a digital age

About as slow or fast as any post office. Typically pretty friendly.
