I ship quite a few packages and frequent a lot of places in this town. Most places here get bad reviews from me. This post office is great. The folks are pleasant, no service issues. My mailman, eeehhhh, not so much, but I ship a lot of packages and never see him in the post office so I won't relate him to that portion. The office, and the service is very good though. Extremely nice people in there.
Staff is friendly. Postmaster does not see her branch as a “business” and is uncooperative in assisting small local business as they attempt to correct an address issue. The attitude on her face was apparent when I tried to find a reasonable resolution and requested additional time to correct a problem.
The delivery person was to lazy to bring the package to my front door. But instead put it in my mailbox where it sat for two hours before it was stolen. I will never again use the us postal services again. I will forever more use UPS.
Everybody is always friendly. Never had a bad experience and I ship items frequently.
Friendly, helpful staff.
