DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICEnAs a eBay seller and a amassed 400+ reviews over multiple platforms having shipped hundreds of packages never dealt with a USPS stealing my package. dropped off a couple of boxes a few months back and they never got scanned and they claimed they never received my package (first time I did not ask for a receipt) of course due to the packages never being scanned I could not file the insurance.
I’ve been using this post office for years & I’ve had nothing but amazing, above & beyond customer service. I recently had an issue that was entirely my fault regarding a forward that I didn’t realize was still in effect & when I called, the automated system sent me a link to contact customer service for assistance and I put the request in yesterday & I received a call back this morning- I was shocked especially with a worldwide pandemic & I received a call in less than 24 hours & she was able to see what I had done & fix it & I couldn’t be more appreciative. I usually only do reviews when I’ve had a bad experience but I was so blown away by the customer service that I decided to take the time to tell others. Thank you all very much!
My package has been in transit since November 18 and I'm not getting no information of whether it's on the truck or not.
Horrible post office! First off they will not deliver mail to my street for some reason so you have to juggle a PO box they give you, making for unnecessary hassle! However they deliver to houses closer to the post office than me! Seems unfair!!!!!nThis caused me to almost not find out about a speed camera ticket, due to the fact the MVA sent it to my physical address, despite having a mailing on file. You would think the post office would have a sense that this mail from a government agency would be important to have delivered....NOPE! They didn't even try to put it in my corresponding PO box at their office(which they have done in the past), despite it being mailed out 3 times! This could of lead to unnecessary legal trouble if i were to never find out i had a ticket, all due to the fact my post office isnt worried if i get my mail or not....
Small local post office, always very efficient and friendly, the parking lot is not the best but the PEOPLE ARE!.. highly recommend. I go out of my way to go here, because they are so helpful, professional and customer focused.
