Bad parking, I moved here over 20yrs ago, I've never had a problem with any other post in my life but this one started with Folding my mags/books even though they had cardboard backing in them and was labeled DO NOT Fold / BEND! Then the disregard for packages- getting broken, not delivered, returned, etc I moved away for a few years (had no problems there) but I come back at the same stuff all over again. If you would like to see proof just look at this one tracking number are - 9405508205497448756763 - It's passed by Pittsburgh twice now.nNow she tells me on the 20th it's been handled she even has a picture of it.? Well, I still don't have it! And for some reason, it's in Florida now? WHY /HOW?nMail carriers saying they can't find the house because the houses here don't have numbers! I've e-mailed her pictures my house is the only house that has numbers. Then they say they can't turn around here we have no room. We have 32ACRES! If you can't turn around here Quit your job!nHave her let you see all the e-mails so you can see how long this has gone on, how many packages, etc. The sad thing is I don't know why? All I ever did was move here over 20 yrs ago :(
The ladies at this branch ALWAYS make an effort to help. I can tell that they are doing the best they can with what they have. It makes me more patient with them and the system. Unlike some of the other branches, they aren't always complaining about their job and the conditions. Scottdale Post Office also always has what I need. If you haven't been there in awhile, try it again.
Very fast and helpful. Everyone is always smiling and happy to help!
