My experience at goin postal at the Mount Pleasant location was horrible. The owner is a cruel lady that belittles customers. I told her what I wanted 3 times and then she tells me what I needed. The owner is a total idiot that won't listen to any customers needs! Go anywhere else to ship packages and do yourself a favor NEVER go there!! Shame on you!
Anytime I go in this store the curly blonde hair lady is totally miserable. How dare us customers come into her store. Today was the last straw..always so short and rude. She needs to take a lesson in customer service.
I will never go anywhere else to ship our customers samples. Since I started using them I've never had a single complaint or damaged product. The staff is awesome and very professional. Never had any issues!
I always use them when I need to return an online purchase. They are always friendly. I have never had an issue with any of the items that I have taken to them.
Need to treat customers better. I'm telling her my needs and 4 times she stops me from talking and tells me. It's like let me talk and then tell me what to do. I'll never go back. Buy yourself a personality. Lol.
