38th st post office is the best post office in Erie by far! The staff is so nice to me every time I go. I will literally go out of my way to take stuff to this post office when I need to because they're so grumpy elsewhere. Thanks for being awesome!!
Mail person needs fired for constantly marking my packages as “left with individual” when the individual wasn’t even me. Basically allowing my things to be stolen! No one EVER answers the phone at the post office so I can’t even complain or let them know what’s going on. If you call the 800 number, you can’t speak to a real person. They need to do something about this! I’m tired of the mail carrier being completely careless with stuff I spend my HARD EARNED money on.
A delivery driver (male) had delivered my 43 inch flat screen T.V. and tossed it up my stairs and cracked my screen on the t.v. I told the gentleman that he will have to send it back and the gentleman took the package and threw it in the street and left. Poor service and poor employee.
I haven't received mail in 9 days why I don't know. Then my job mailed my checked the mailman put my check in someone else's mailbox and they opened thank God they brought it me or I wouldv screwed out if my money.
We have had a few different mailmen over the last year. We have finally got a permanent mailman on our route now. I can honestly say that I am very happy with all of the men and women who have been delivering our mail. They all have been very nice, even when trying to get 2 routes in in one day.
