East Falls Post Office was able to help me secure my package after a bad shipping label and COVID/ election delays interfered with a timely delivery. John was especially helpful and I would recommend their service in the future to anyone!
Pretty basic. They are sometimes closed but I understand the pandemic is leaving the PO short handed so I won’t judge to harshly.
I send 6 packages. I didn't scan it, I just left it in the post office because I was in a hurry. 7 days passed, none of the packages even moved from their place and there is no information.
This place continues to lose my packages or deliver to the wrong place. They need to do better! It’s so damn annoying
Today, September 9 2020 for no reason, the office is closed! Why?????nIf I could give 0 stars, I would!
