My sister dropped the letter on June 5th for both of us. The rental company didn’t receive it for almost month. The post office of Grey Ferry lost it. I put my return mailing label on the envelope. It did not return to me. So disappointed!!
Delivered package to wrong address and within an entirely different zip code!! Will not try to locate the package. Zero help or co-operation. 800 number does not work! Goes around in circles... USPS has let us down. Their going to get gobbled up if they dont step it up.
This USPS Office at 3005 GRAYS FERRY AVENUE has some of the most friendly and helpful woman you would want when you enter the Post Office. These woman are very knowledgeable of the service of the Postal Organization...
I believe the usps location is stealing my mail and not wanting to deliver my mail. I have filed a federal complaint. They sent back my federal tax return claiming my address is undeliverable. My utility Bill's never arrive on time, if at all! This place is a disgrace. They are messing with people's live!
Most of the ladies so nice and fine. BUT the lady name ALI so rude ! Wont come back if she work at the front.
