They lost my package that cost me ALOT of money. Kevin who works there kept on insisting that it was delivered and it wasn't because you when you tracked the package it was not delivered. Now I have to spend more money to have this package sent again to my school. Unbelievable!!!
Employees are relatively pleasant. People get taken care of quickly and I've never had an issue during all the years I've used this location.
Was expecting delivery on April 24. Item was at Media PO. But then the shipped it to Pittsburgh!??? Any reason why?
I've only been here once, but it was awesome and quick service. The postal worker was Deaf, but he could read my lips perfectly. He knew exactly what I wanted before I did. I had already put a stamp on the letter, but needed to send it priority. He subtracted the 44 cents when calculating the price. The best customer service from any USPS location.
There website says it opens at 7:30. But thats only the lobby. The post office dosent open until 9am. They should post that. Other than that ive had good customer service. Nice and helpful staff.
