It's one million degrees inside the place during the fall, there appears to be one person that works the entire building, I've been in line 20 minutes and have not seen anyone behind the window. Several people have left because its hot, the line is long and stagnant. I just wanted to get the package that they left a delivery attempt on my door about, which is suspect since I was home all day and didn't hear a single knock. This is my 3rd attempt coming to the store where the line is outrageous. I. Trying to stick 9t out this time but probably will go home and try again again day.
The mail lady is always late by 3-4hr he’s should’ve been Fired I set outside all day and question about lady take her sweet time while people are waiting on their checks and extreme with government mail
Terrible customer service. The people who work here are good people, but there is only one person at the counter at any given time, and always a 40 min wait with a long line of customers. Dont come here unless you have time to waste.
I wish you could put 0 stars. Everything about how they operate is a mess!nnWe receive mail multiple times a day or sometimes not at all. The mailmen never put the mail in the correct mailboxes and/or leave mail on top.nnThey'll mark packages as out for delivery and not deliver or say the delivery area is not accessible, which is not true. It's the front porch of an apartment building!
This place does not answer they phone and I have been having issues with my packages all of a sudden they are scanning my things saying they cannot reach my location which makes me believe they are going to the incorrect address because my home is able to be reached. What is even more annoying is the package I am waiting for is the redelivery I had to get my sender to resend because the first package they sent the post office had it sitting as our for delivery but never delivered to me or r attempted, then I put in a case about it and they never opened the case but waited 7 days after I put in my case to scan it saying it was never claimed and would be sent back to sender which that never happened either. I don’t know what is going on here but they need to get it together
