I am very dissatisfied with the mail carrier who delivers the mail. For the last three months, at leased, two or three times a month I did not get my mail or it comes days later. I have an app that takes pictures when I get mail!! Now, I have 4 very important pieces of mail missing ( IRS - SECTION 8 )!!! This is messing with my Apartment and my money.
I visited this post office today to ship my document to India. PAM the associate working behind the counter was very nice and patient. She is totally professional and filled out the details in a very efficiently. I wish all post office has the same kind of professional staff.nYesnI had the worst experience of King of Prussia post office where the associate was not only rude but refused to fill out paper work and told me to come some other time when she is not busy!!!

This is the worse post office ever. Lines always long. Staff is slow and very inconsiderate. The mail gets loss and they don’t feel it’s an priority to try and locate it. I wouldn’t recommend this post office to anyone
Wonderful experience! The line was very long when I arrived. However, it went very fast. Clerk was extremely kind and informative. Will return.
