Horrible. They give me my neighbors mail and I don’t get mine constantly. Called and informed them several times in 4 years. Doesn’t get corrected completely. Last thing I want to do is be a mail man after I finish my job and come home. Route drivers NEED to pay attention to detail! This is MAIL. Not a hobby. Treat it as such or get someone who can’t do their job correctly and accurately.
Although they are looked at as 'Heros', the employees at the Hummelstown Post Office do not treat customers with the courtesy that one would attribute to a hero. Also when it takes 4 days for a letter to get from Hummelstown to Harrisburg, when in your mailbox is your neighbor's mail from 2 houses away, etc, etc, it is hard to give them the respect them seem to expect. Some people should realize that in these times, they are lucky to have a job to go to....Very disappointed in the counter employees at the Hummelstown Post Office recently. Hershey was known to have unfriendly workers, but now Hummelstown is following suit. A true hero works without looking for reward, does the job to the best of its ability, and conveys willingness to please. More money doesn't seem to me to be necessary in a system that is not functioning efficiently.
They keep saying it is delivered in the mail box BUT... I check and it’s not theren2 packages worth$60 around Xmas time..nThen now another 3..., worth another 50/- or so...very hard to put in a complaint online, they kept asking for the senders address etcnReally sucks!!!
What a joke. They are holding my packages hostage because they say I owe $10 for shipping on an amazon order. I already paid for shipping! Awful post office
TWICE COMING TO THIS STORE NEVER AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY EXPECT YOU TO KNOW EVERYTHING. BAD BAD BAD STAY AWAY.
