We love our local post office! It has friendly staff, short lines, and the location is very convenient!
Will close on you for their lunch even though you've been standing in line 10 minutes. So now I take my business to UPS, since they know know how to run an actual business. Get real USPS, learn how to operate in the real world.
Rude staff.
I sent out a shirt via First Class to Bluffton, SC on April 24th. When the package didn’t arrive after 10 business days, I drove to the post office because I lost my receipt hoping they would be able to look it up for me. Luckily they were able to find it. BUT they said it went to Charlottesville, VA. Frustratingly I asked how that happened since I wrote the label out to say Bluffton, SC and there’s no street address in Charlottesville, VA that matches it either. Not one, but two of the women who work there kept telling me it’s impossible they could’ve messed up because they have to type in the full address. Well, it’s May 19th and today i received a picture of the package that FINALLY arrived almost a month later. There is picture proof of the label dated April 24 and it is addressed to Bluffton, SC. Very frustrated that they made me feel like a moron by insisting I wrote out a completely different city and state and that it’s impossible they could’ve messed it up. Well, I guess it’s possible.
We love our little post office! Service is always good and there is little to no waiting anytime you go!
