It amazes me how this place calls themselves a post office. I live on the other side of the country in Colorado and placed an order for my package a month ago.It is sad how many good companies are loosing their costumers because this post office is simply just lazy. Looking at the other reviews its clear that you guys are unorganized ,neglectful, and careless when it comes to serving other people. Its scary to think that there might be someone who is in real need of their mail due to a medical condition. Embarrassing.
I’m normally a patient person however, it’s ridiculous that you have to wait in line for at least 30 minutes every time you go in. There are signs stating you can only park for 30 minutes at a time which I don’t understand if it takes more than 30 minutes to fulfill the services you are requesting. Additionally, there are some employees that are not helpful at all with helping you understand different options. One time I was there, a lady was waiting to get a passport and was simply asking how much longer she would have to wait and stated she didn’t mind waiting. The employee was very rude to her. I kept my mouth shut to not cause a scene. This is the worst post office I have ever seen and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I’ve been more than forgiving by continuing to go here for months to see if anything changes and nothing has changed. I will no longer go to this post office.
Came here for delivery at 3.30 pm. Appointment time at 5 pm. 7 trucks are waiting for unload from 10 am..... Truckers, don't lose your time, money and nerve here...n1.30 am. Still here... They have broken my restart time.... Leaved this place at 3.30 am... 12 hours....
HinI am a truck driver, and came to deliver the load.nDelivery appointment at 4pmnnI arrive at 3 pm and now its 6pm. Still 3 trucks ahead of me.nThere is a intercom at the entrance.nThey lady operate said, dock door between 21 to 27.nAfter driving in the yard I noticed there nmany trucks waiting in line to be dock.when door available. Picked up what I believed to be a recovery load. The staff was quit busy however there was at least 2 staff members that gave me assistance and everyone knew about the load I was picking up. I was loaded within an hour and there was plenty of room for maneuvering into the dock. A friendly yard jockey also stopped and gave me enjoyably conversation right after my load was completed.
