Well, I should have listened to the reviews. First and last time here. I will continue to drive out of my way for the post office and not for convenience. I’ve never seen two unwelcoming, unhelpful, and unhappy people like I just experienced. I never write reviews on anything so this says something ;)
If I can give a negative -50 star on this location, I’ll use it. This is the most shambolic place there is in Harrisburg. I hate it here. I get scared every time I get mail here. I was expecting some money and somehow “it got lost”. They never pick up a phone so I have to physically walk there for 45 minutes because I don’t have a car and Uber’s are very pricey at the moment due to covoid-19. They are motley. Very, very motley. Especially the dry sourpuss woman with the hijab.
Excellent experience here. Staff was very helpful and quickly explained my shipping options. I was in and out quickly. Thanks !!!
So today my mother went inside the mail and saw that my mail was open. Mind you nobody has touched anything no neighbors or nothing except for one who said the mail man who a delivered the mail was standing outside my door for a long time and as long as I’ve been receiving mail I have never had my mail stolen from me but they took my graduation card that had a 100$ In it and it happened around 6:00 on 609 Geary St.
Just don't pick up the phone , had to missed calls about a dispute about a package and they don't even leave a voicemail. Not professional at all
