Terrible service!! The delivery guy “supposedly” delivered a package and put it in the mailbox, but as soon as he drove off from the mailbox I went to get my package but it wasn’t there. I went to the post office to find out what the problem was but all I got was excuses and a broken promise that my package would be found and delivered to the correct address. They took my name and number but after 3 weeks I still haven’t heard back from them. Now I am out of my product and the money that I spent!! Isn’t tampering with another individual’s mail a federal offense?
Staff is uber friendly and customer service driven. Always a friendly greeting from staff and all my business has been handled in a professional manner. I ship several times a week from this location and have never experienced a problem. Home delivery is also well done. Our mail man is professional, courteous and efficient. Thank you USPS NewCumberland Staff for all your hard work!

I always have a problem with getting my packages. They go missing or take forever. I would take fedex anyday.
Super rude on phone, told me they performed a package intercept and would ship my package to new address, they did not do so and will not resolve issue after me being polite in 4 different phone calls. I would recommend avoiding this post office at all costs and will never take my business there again
