I go to the post office almost every day and the theee people at the counter in the Royersford PA post office are pleasant and quick! The gentleman is extra fast. Everyone is friendly.
This is a great post office! The staff at the counter are very helpful in all of the things we’ve needed to ship and receive through this office. Very courteous back room staff has even helped after hours when we had a problem. Very pleased with our home letter carriers in Royersford as well.
Good service. They are patient to explain things. Place is well maintained and open till 5, only one in the area.
If carriers see we have an outgoing letter or small package, they won't come to our door and collect our outgoing mail or drop off our daily mail. We have never had a single day without getting some form of mail, but on days we have something going out we happen to not have any mail coming in? Okay. My household occasionally mails and recieves time sensitive items so we need these items picked up/dropped off every day. It's very inconvenient to go to the post office when they are only open during our working hours so we rely on the mail carriers to come to our door every day.nAnd for those of you saying it's not their job to pick up outgoing mail, then why do I have a red flag on my mailbox to signify outgoing mail?
Been going to this post office for 5+ years, and have never had a bad experience. Everyone working is always super helpful and kind, and is ready to answer any questions you might have.
