Not the highest quality of service that you fine for the Postal Service. But I come here very often for use for my business and other forms of mailing and process that you would find at any of the stores there’s parking on site there’s boxes outside and inside and there’s always somebody to attend to you in the area is nice and easy to work with. You’ll find out that like any Postal Service is not always the finest service but there’s usually not a line and just don’t go here during rush hours
A package seemed to have been misplaced. I filed an online submission, someone from the Phoenixville Post Office contacted me that day to let me know they were looking into it. I received a call the next day that they had the package and were putting it out for the next delivery. The package came as promised the next day. Quick, efficient, and courteous.
Friendly post office and efficient service whenever I go. Plenty of street parking available if you can’t find a spot right up front.
First class envelope was dropped off by a merchant on August 6th to be delivered to me in Michigan. Eleven days later tracking shows the item is still sitting at this post office noted as acceptance pending in Phoenixville PA. Covid or not, this is to lengthy for a small envelope.
Got a notification that a package was out for delivery, then that it would be late bc it was awaiting scan, then after continuing to call and follow up the package mysteriously disappeared. Never did receive that package. They've also had packages and instead of delivering them, sent them to Blue Bell and then Philadelphia post offices for no apparent reason.
