I do wish I could give this a 0. There is a woman by the name of Barbara that is so rude it’s unbelievable. It’s to a point that it makes me feel uncomfortable. It’s very sad that a person can come to work as a customer service person and treat people this way. Maybe she needs therapy.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Every time we send someone from our business to go in ladies are very rude. Not helpful. Today her name was Barbara who “helped” would like to see a change in attitude at that place.
I frequent this post office and the people are great as they are in Coatesville as well. They have a hard job dealing with people who are in a hurry and often don't have their things prepared.
Worst postal office I have ever dealt with. My business is in a plaza and I called for information and got rudely told after being on hold for 20 minutes that they need to close down their registers so they cannot help me over the phone. When they do not close until 1pm and this was at 11am. I will be calling their corporate offices and putting in complaints every single day until I get a response from local post office. Very rude and disrespectful service.
Nice friendly little place. Small and cramped - not at all modern. Two windows, and someone will always step in to open the second one if a line starts to develop. Usually a vey quick in and out.
