NOT a retail post office. NO window service or automated service for shipping packages, buying stamps, etc.
A prime example of a disastrous Post Office & waste of tax payer money.nnThe postal service employees responsible for delivering my packages and mail to our home claimed they delivered a package containing a Christmas gift this past Sunday, but of course our Nest Camera shows nobody even came to our front door when the tracking info stated this to be the case.nnI filed a claim online with USPS and ended up receiving a call from Debbie at this Post Office. Debbie said she would send someone out to check if it was delivered to the wrong address or mailbox in my neighborhood.nnMaybe an hour later, Debbie calls back and swears her driver was “in front our our home on satellite” to which I assume her that absolutely no one delivered anything to our front door as we have Nest Cameras to monitor and record our residence. Debbie basically sounded like she didn’t believe me or lost interest and said if I want to file a claim I should do it online and that there’s nothing else she will do at this point. Clearly, someone is the liar here and camera footage from an entire day doesn’t lie.nnAbsolutely disgraceful and zero accountability.
Had such a pleasant experience with exceptional service. Kathy was extremely kind and helpful and was able to track a lost package within minutes and have it delivered to the correct address within an hour. The Glen Mills location truly went above and beyond!
I just had the most pleasant experience all thanks to the wonderful help from Margie. She was able to track my package that had the wrong address , a package w/baby shower gift for the next day ud83dude05, and have it picked up. Thank you!
Location doesn't allow you to drop anything off, pretty pointless
