Always helpful and flexible. Linda is great.
Every time I go in there, the woman always lectures me on something that she disapproves of. I’m sorry if that when it is Christmas and Valentine’s Day the envelopes are red. I didn’t choose them and I didn’t make them. Stop lecturing me on how it’s not good to use red envelopes. She lectured my husband on an envelope today that again she didn’t like. Stop the lectures and just do your job!! Most people need to get in and then out. Most people do not have the time to stand there while you lecture others on things that are out of their control!!
Rules are put in place to protect the consumer. IIona clearly doesn't understand this. The staff here is top notch. John and Linda work hard to support the Westtown community. I appreciate this convenient Westtown office
I always get anxiety because Linda (the lady that works there) is always in a bad mood and lectures you on everything. She even weighs your mail that you put a stamp on, to make sure it's correct..even if it's one piece of paper. She knows who I am, but always checks my credit card to make sure it's signed. One time I came around closing time and there was a line and she told everyone to leave and come back the next day. I kid you not. I understand rules, but I just want to get in and out so with no hassles so rather than deal with her I go a post office farther away from me and will never go there. The guy that works there is cool though.
Tall man with gray hair- worker- refused, rudely, to accept and process my prepaid package because of the way I taped the label. When I applied additional tape to satisfy his concern, while he observed, he still refused to accept the mail because I used, what he considered to be, the incorrect tape. The tape was standard clear packaging tape that was available for use at the Post Office. There was no uncovered piece of paper, everything was covered excessively. Unacceptable treatment of a customer. Very disappointed. I traveled to a different Post Office location and the package was accepted with no issue.
