Don't go to this post office they're most useless people did nothing to try to help was combative have no people skills what gives zero stars if possible update I took the exact same prepaid packages to the Unionville Pennsylvania post office and they were able to process them so maybe next time instead of telling me how I was wrong maybe you could start doing your job right. Everyone at Chadds ford post office should be fired.

Personally, I love the old USPS building due to its old construction and wooden floors that creek. Exceptional customer service experience per Maggie and Michelle who are always polite, professional, and friendly. The ladies at the Chadds Ford USPS are absolutely amazing to interact with for your postal needs. I cannot speak highly enough to the excellence of this USPS. Thank you all so very much.
Wish I could give zero stars. Everyone who works here suffers from a personality disorder and should be on disability due to their ineptitude. Paul the manager (?) is less than helpful which I should have assumed. My fuse was admittedly short as I was forced to listen to the miserable clerk be dismissive and rude to an elderly woman who was trying to send a letter.... she then stopped my transaction because she noticed I was using a priority label to ship non priority (re using a box, scribbled out priority, excellent sleuthwork kudos to the clerk who is a usps hall monitor and should get a badge) and refused to send my package that way. PATHETIC
This is an extraordinary post office! From the customer who held the door open, to Terry, the world’s best employee, to the other random stranger who helped me squeeze my items into a smaller box to save a little extra money. Everyone was happy, pleasant, and willing to help! They were efficient but not rushed. I will use this post office again to ship! Seriously the nicest experience I’ve ever had!
