Ship Happens

Been shipping loads of parcels to Ship Happens throughout 2020 and was crushed to know that as a Canadian I couldn’t get them due to the border closures because of the pandemic.nnRecently contacted them to see if I could get the parcels shipped to me and without hesitation they were able to consolidate my pile of packages into just a few boxes, and then were able to provide me all the information I needed so I could create my shipping labels.nnPayment was taken easily over the phone, and the customer service was incredible, super friendly and pleasant (thanks Natasha)! Very excited to finally be getting my packages shipped to me, as it’s been forever!!!nnA+ guys, keep up the good work, highly recommend!

Very poor experience. I had a couple packages shipped here prior to the border crossing closing due to the pandemic.nnI have been unable to contact them despite many, many attempts - both over the phone and via email. While I understand reduced staffing and hours - not responding to emails sent weeks ago, or not one call picked up over a period of 3 weeks is unacceptable.nnI attempted to re-route my packages through fed-ex, as they suggested on their website. This is quite costly due to international travel, as well as time consuming in terms of needing to create a business account and a shipping label that must then be sent to 'ship happens'. With customer support I finally had it figured out and emailed the label to 'ship happens'. The company then abruptly cancelled the shipment with no explanation whatsoever, and 2 weeks later I still have yet to hear from them.nnI'm wondering if this place is going to go out of business, and if so what is going to happen to my packages that I sent here. Don't ship anything to this company is my recommendation. 0/5 stars.

This review is for an experience I had a while ago after using them for years. The people here are criminal. Stole my package and I caught them in a lie after receiving an email notification and tracking from carrier as being delivered. Had to file a claim to get it recovered. There are much better places to deal with in the area.

EXCELLENT service from Natasha at the Sumas location. She was extremely helpful, fast and efficient at answering my questions. Because of her assistance I was able to have my issue resolved within a matter of minutes.

They are very nice and decent people that sure have a safe system.
