Nice place and more convenient for students. However, My fiancé and I live on campus but I am not a student. I ordered something and it was supposed to be delivered today. Since it is spring break, they won’t deliver my package until Monday. I even tried to go to the regular post office to see if I can get the package early. It wouldn’t be a big deal except that I’m leaving tomorrow for a business trip for three weeks. I won’t get my package until almost a month after it should have been delivered. I’m not upset at the post office per say (hence the 4 stars) but I’m frustrated that they couldn’t have come up with a better system for those who stay on campus during spring break.
It's a small post office and they sometimes run out of certain mailing supplies due to the heavy volume of customers. I wish they had a priority mail drop bin, so we don't have to wait in line to drop off prepaid mail.nnI also think it would help if they got a part-time employee to help during the peak hours. During those times, the line is to the door! The guy that runs it is incredible and super efficient at moving the line, but I wish he had some help during those busy times.

The staff (middle-aged man) is respectful and helpful.
