Most of the staff are just rude and ignorant. There are a few exceptions but not many. The Post Office in New Ringgold are incredible. Never had a bad experience. Unfortunately under the current circumstances it's hard to get there.

It's a nice small post office, but the people that work there can be so rude and rush you when you call them on the phone with a simple question. i would have given the place 5 stars if it wasn't for the worker's attitudes.
Small post office with most of the things you'd need and fairly prompt service. Most of the clerks are polite to talk to.
my package they got wrong, and deemed it deliverable to my simple and clear address!!! so i called, and the lady on the phone sounded absolutely miserable!!! what a crappy post office
