It's the second time they have lost the package. When I called and tried to find out what can be done about it, they sounded like it's my problem and not theirs.
Absolute worst service ever over the past eight years! No one wants to help and packages are delivered to the wrong address 3 times every month. I’d give a -10 if I could!
I have been getting packages on a weekly basis. How could you not deliver today? And now I have pick my package up at you location on week days? Guess what I work 6:30 am to 5 pm. How can I get my package if I can't reschedule a delivery?
I placed a letter (time sensitive) in the mail at the Ferndale post office itself for delivery to the Ferndale police department. After 2 weeks the letter was returned to me undeliverable and unable to forward. Really, the building is only two blocks away and you can't figure out who it goes to. Well thats are great postal workers for you. Nice work I will deliver it myself.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
