TL was wonderful and very helpful, I always like to get my service with him, everything is always fast, professional and easy as never had before
I lived in Flemington for 30 years before moving to New Hope. I NEVER got a hello, good morning etc from the staff there. What a difference! I am always greeted when I walk in. The staff is so friendly and courteous. I used to hate going to the post office, no more!
It’s not often I give a 5 star review to a government entity, but the post master Jim in new hope deserves one!nSolebury Villagers don’t receive mail box delivery. When there was a mix up on a package sent from a vendor, this modern day Paul ReverenAka Jim went out to where the package was delivered, got it from the home owner, then promptly sent it up to my P.O. Box. Thank you thank you thank you! Amazing service from people who actually care!
If you show up in person here the service is fantastic. They have but a small window, and it's obviously busy right before the holidays, but the line will move pretty quickly. Any other time of year you'll be in and out in a minute or two.
My delivery service is generally great and the drivers are helpful and friendly, but, I will agree with the previous review, the lack of customer service isn't acceptable.
