Extremely low quality customer service. Had a ups package transfered to the branch, went to go pick it up and the lady at the counter refused to help me. I showed delivery details showing they had the package, and all she would say is it goes out tomorrow, that ups is doing it, and continuously repeating they dont have it when ups service specifically shows, they gave it to them. Then when i showed proof they have received the package, that it was scanned as being delivered to them, she refused to believe me, and said it will be there tomorrow. She wouldnt just scan my code and grab my package. I now have to wait an extra day for usps to deliver my package, losing a vacation day.

The staff are totally inadequate and not helpful always misplacing packages insisting they are delivered, if you can't do your job right then just quit I've had to many issues with them its dumb, bunch of mail monkeys should be fired this place needs to be under new management! I'm a real patient and nice dude but these folks are ridiculous!

I purchased a larger mailbox, so they did not have to always walk my packages up to my front door. My mailbox is across the street from my driveway, not far from my front door and I have a camera that overlooks my driveway and mailbox. I came home to a package clearly stuffed in the box, my mailbox hanging open, revealing all the stuff inside. Camera reveals that the carrier clearly did not care, just shoved the package in and attempted to close the lid and it flopped back down and they left it.

I have received six certificates in the mail, each printed on nice paper, in a “Do Not Bend” envelope. Every single one has been bent cleanly in half. I have to press them with a stack of books for weeks to resemble normal.

Prompt, knowledgeable, friendly service! I love the post office, and I had a good interaction with this one.
