They haven’t delivered 140 dollars worth of package to me plus no mail in two days
Horrible location. I've given this place 4 stars before, but now it's a joke. They employees are not familiar with their own services, the supervisor is a liar and just like his name... He's petty. I've already contacted his superiors about the lack of professionalism, and his attitude, but may have to contact the State Attorney General - if I don't get a resolution. I'd give them zero stars if I could, seeing as their Postmaster isn't proactive.
They are incapable of delivering mail and they do not answer their phones at all. I call for hours at a time at all different hours and I have never gotten an answer. Very low standards for Usps.
This post office never pick up the phone, When ever you call any time of the day and you want to talk to them and it rings and rings, then it goes dead,and than you call back again and you are repeating the samething again and again. This post office has very poor customer service for you to get help on the phone. I been calling different times over several years and getting the same results all the time and They DONOT PICK UP THERE PHONE.What a business they should be ashamed of themselves especially because they are the United States Postal Service.I am talking about 9925 Bustleton Avenue, They never never pick up there phone anytime you call.
Keisha Alicia and Steve you guys are the best!! Always helping me out and fixing any shipping mistakes I may have and always take the time to explain things to me! They are so sociable and always make it a pleasant visit. I never had to wait longer then 10 mins myself which is great. Some of you snowballs need to lighten up, yes the counters maybe under staffed at times but that's not their fault take it up with the person cutting the checks. Keep up the good work guys!!!
