Walked in on 10/14/20 and watched a worker kick out an 80+ year old man who clearly had issues walking for not having a mask....while BOTH postal workers behind the counter had NO MASKS on. Not only that but they were complaining the whole time about how they wanted to go home and openly complaining about customers while throwing packages. The most unprofessional post office I’ve ever walked into. Shameful.
It's a small office, so you may have a wait, but the clerks are lovely and helpful.
I've had excellent service each time I visited they were very courteous and respectful with my deafness they treated me like normal person. They also save me money by pointing out best package to ship.
When dropping off packages with prepaid postage they make you put them in a bin in lobby. Anybody can come in and take packages without postal clerk seeing around the corner through another door. Postal clerks were always courteous and very informed about your other needs.
I am highly disappointed! I dropped off 50 wedding invitations on Sat. 2/8 to be delivered, all in perfect shape I might add, and one of my guests sent me a picture of the invitation when they received it and I was mortified! The envelope looked like it had been stepped on! It was filthy, had a stain on it and was bent!! Did this leave the facility like this or does it happen on the truck??? I paid a lot of money to have these done and this is how the person receives it. I didn't post the picture because the address is visible! I have no idea what shape the actual invitation is in but there is no excuse for this!!!!!!
