I have used this mailbox service consistently for 6 years now. No complaints whatsoever. Christina, the owner, can be a little irascible when it gets busy there but has a pleasant manner overall. Jake is always pleasant and helpful. They have both gone out of their way to make the service they provide as seamless as possible!
I have been a client here for a few years. The staff is lovely. Always friendly, direct and helpful. They go over and above to help their clients. I wouldn’t want to have a box anywhere else! I look forward to seeing them when I come in. I highly recommend Mail Box Plus in Blain Wa. I have only ever had very positive experiences with them!
i love how accommodating this business is for customers and the price is super affordable considering the volume of packages I need to order. I look at tons of competition around town, but I genuinely enjoy stopping by to grab my mail and say hello!nnThanks,nJames

Summary: Find another Mail Box service. Incredibly disappointed with my experiences here over the years.nI have come to this place off and on over the past few years. I started going to Mail Boxes International because they have way better hours, an overnight locker, and I felt that Mail Boxes Plus customer service was subpar. I accidentally sent a small package to Mail Boxes Plus last month. I came to pick it up and the lady forced me to subscribe for another year and then pay the fees on top of that for holding (which are way too expensive). This place has disappointed me so many times! If anyone wants my account there I have a year remaining, feel free to take it... Do yourself a favour and check out another mail box service. I personally am a big fan of Mail Boxes International -- as a Canadian customer they have served me the best thus far. This place needs a massive overhaul in order to survive.
