This is the most unprofessional, hood oriented post office I’ve seen in my 27 years in the state of New Jersey. As a state commission, this postal office in my honest opinion needs to be dismantled and built on true integrity. We have placed a mail hold on our mail, I went there two weeks later to collect the mail and the gentleman that was in the post office bluntly refused to give us our mail. The refusal came after he told me that they will no longer hold our mail, when I asked why, he said because the post office is no longer holding any mail of any kind and that citizens need to go get a PO Box. I told him without revealing who I was that Jess is incorrect information and the federal government would not appreciate post office employees lying to residence to avoid the delivery and hold of mail. He refuse to get our mail, calling that there is nothing there. I reiterated that I have US PS daily by address and I can show him a copy of all incoming mail that is supposed to be held at this post office. He rolled his eyes. He then went to times to check to come back smiling that there was no mail. While I was outside I contacted our mayors office along with Senator Cory Booker‘s office to make them aware of the situation of the postal office on Montgomery Street telling residents that they no longer do mail holes and are refusing to give residence mail just simply discarding them. When I came back in with the confirmation he handed me a stack of mail that was nothing, not even half of what was supposed to be held. He then said that he will refuse to hold our mail. This was our first mail hold due to renovations in the home and we requested and had a confirmation sent that it would be held until September 30. After looking at our cameras we saw that the day after that incident they refused to hold our mail and started to leave mail in our mailbox. We are currently seeking a civil attorney to sue the postal office, thankfully everything was videotaped. I also took pictures of the mail they delivered in the mailbox of our home that is under renovation after specifically telling them to hold them off until September 30th.

This post office is the worst, do not used this post office you will not be satisfied. They do not care about their customer very rude and unprofessional. You would think the manager would be the nice one but the manager name Bill is worst.

I ordered a package that was supposed to come on October 16th USPS says it’s delivered and it’s no where to be found. I filed a claim and can’t even get on the phone with a real person I called my Trenton post office 4 times and nobody ever answers the phone they just let it ring.

This post office is the worst it should be close down. And the manager Bill should be fired he is so unprofessional and rude. They lied about delivering people’s packages.

Ran up to see if they had a package that was marked delivered falsely. Spoke to customer service said go to this post office they close at 2pm even google says 2pm. Got there 130pm and doors locked
