The desk clerk at this location is maybe the most rude person I've ever come across. He treats customers with no respect and makes for a terrible experience every time I have gone. Avoid this location, I will never go back.
I have been to this post office over the years, and have yet to have a pleasant or helpful experience. They are hard to get into contact with, they are disorganized, unhelpful, and their clerk is very rude. He started out the conversation annoyed, and then he continued to get more so, as the conversation went on. He said that he explained to me how I was supposed to handle the situation, which when I said he had not explained it to me and reiterated what he had told me, he admitted he did not explain it to me. He did attempt to become more friendly after that, but just slightly. The Doylestown Post Office is much more helpful, and I highly recommend you avoid this Post Office if you can.
The clerk can be difficult to deal with. And USPS lost my package...
Your standard small local post office. Not crowded or busy and the postman is friendly.
The worker was so rude. This location is right around the corner from my house. I will drive the extra time to go to another location. For a small town area that is not what I would have expected from the local post office.
