They had great customer service and nice people but USPS as a whole just points you to different online forms or emails ETC ALL while your package gets no where or moves at all. It seems like the USPS is extremely overwhelmed right now and they have to bend the truth so no one knows. Don't blame it on the workers its the company's fault. Hope things improve but doubt it. Unless my package magically makes it out of NJ from its month long ground shipping.
My experience here is always a negative one. The manager is rude and insensitive. Also, I went to post office to drop off my mail. However, one of them required tape and the employee gave me a difficult time, saying that I need to tape it next time. In all of my experiences with post office, no one ever told me that.
Usually nice people are working there.
The attendant wasn't particularly engaging, but the service was accurate and very efficient. The storefront seemed well stocked. While this location is handicap accessible, the three sets of doors you have to go through in the entryway are a bit cumbersome.
