Always friendly, courteous and responsive to any questions.
I just moved to the west coast and I'm so happy I chose this location to get my first P.O. box. The woman I worked with (Cindy?) Was super patient with me and super helpful!!!
It is a beautifully tiled space, in a charming downtown. Cathy is a saint. I was unexpectedly gifted two canvases and she was extremely helpful in directing me to the places around town that would have the materials I needed to safely pack and ship them home. She showed incredible grace under pressure with other customers and was generally just a delight to work with. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful place, nice customer service, but finding parking is horrendous if you're trying to quickly drop off a package, and the dropboxes are too small for pre-ready return packages that ate just medium sized. My advice, if you have time and live somewhat nearby then walk here! Otherwise its hard to park ud83dude05
On multiple occasions I’ve had packages delivered in a parcel box, but I have not been given a key in my mailbox to retrieve my package, later to find they put the key in someone else’s mailbox. Would give them 0 out of 5 if possible, I don’t understand how it’s possible to be this incompetent.
