The blonde woman working there was so rude. I was trying to ask a question and she was giving me a dirty look the whole time because she didn’t understand what I was saying. Terrible customer service!

Our mail carrier hasn't taken our outgoing mail once since we moved in almost two years ago. They started putting our incoming mail between the storm door and front door instead of the slot which was annoying but we just deal with it. However, back in March 2020 I asked her where I need to be putting the outgoing mail for her to take it. She said to lay it on the ground between the storm door and the front door (we have a mail slot not a mailbox) where they leave our incoming mail. I said okay and made sure to do so but the mail still wasn't taken. I tried other places: hanging out of the slot, in between the door so it would fall out when she opened the storm door..nothing. Today I approached her again and she said she doesn't take the mail because she doesn't LOOK for the mail because of our dogs. Our dogs who are completely contained inside our locked front door. She said she opens our storm door and throws in the mail. That's it. I said i don't know where the miscommunication came from that we don't want mail in our slot. I said the dogs are our problem and they need to be putting the mail in the slot and taking our outgoing mail. While I was talking to her she kept walking away which I felt was very rude. I understand they're under a time crunch and very busy but this was horrible customer service and this has been going on for almost two years.

I have lived in my neighborhood for 2 years and have had issues receiving my mail. They said I am parked too close to my mailbox. One day I even took a picture of where I was parked and chased him down for my mail. I even had a package that was to be delivered and they said it was undeliverable and note left when they left nothing and I was in my yard when they drove past! Horrible service Sinking Spring!

I visited this location yesterday. The blond lady who took my package lack basic customer service. This was a first time in my life sending an international package so I did not know all procedures and she had such a hard time answering questions. I felt humiliated in front of others. Just a very unpleasant experience.

Service is atrocious! Blonde lady the rudest person I have ever encountered! She told me today she wanted me out as soon as possible and when I stated a question she said I can go to a different post office. Afterwards she turned around and threw somebody elses package. She needs to be fired.!!!
