I am surprised by the negative reviews so I felt compelled to leave my feedback.nnMy daily mail carrier always greets me with a smile, very nice lady. There was one time ants had taken over the mailbox - after work I went down to spray them but to my surprise she had already taken care of them!nnThe manager at the post office is professional and returns calls within hours. I once submitted a request online to get the status of a delivery. I actually received a personal phone call from that same manager asking me if I needed any more help.
People always hating on the post office, I send hundreds of packages a month. This office is always friendly, and gives me great service. I do try to be courteous and respectful of them and they return it in each case. When something doesn't go my way, I understand it's not their fault, they're just doing their job.
The gentleman who helped me with an address change went above and beyond to help me. Glad to have them as our post office.
This is how the Fleetwood Post office delivers your packages! Stopped in to talk to the Post Master, he/she is never there or never available. Left two in person messages for a call back from him/her, still waiting.
Woman carrier redelivered my package next day but confronts me before I can even open the door - all this about my redelivery request! Ranting included although I explained I didn't mean any harm by what I said. Still she was RUDE, Unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Just be careful guys! This was all over me saying I didn't get a delivery notice slip.
