The bad: the lines are always long with usually one teller. Every few minutes a woman will come out and shout she can help with picking up packages. They will steal mail that is ofa birthday card type. This happened and we got not resolution. Good luck parking if you are in a hurry. With the lines taking an hour to check out, clearly no one is leaving quickly.nnThe good: they're open
Pottstown post office staff are friendly and efficient. They are the USPS' finest.
Tellers are always courteous, but I'd like to put a special shoutout to Maria who is always so friendly and extra helpful, takes the extra time to make sure you have everything you need and know your next steps, and always has a smile.
We never get our mail at a decent hour. Today I watched them skip houses including mine and I have informed delivery and know my package was supposed to be delivered today! I called only to get a message that the wait time for my call to be answered is at least 1 hour! Unacceptable!!! They just didn't feel like stopping at every house??? No wonder they don't have enough people to answer all of the complaints they must be getting!
im trying to call post office in Pottstownnmy mail lady didnt pick up my mail that needed to go out yesterday she past my house bc I guess I had no mail for her to deliver. I was trying to get a hold of someone to see if she will pick my mail up.today. can't talk to a person
