Reviews seem to be off from my multiple recent visits. I've walked in to ship many packages. The lines go up and down because everyone wants to ship their stuff at the same time. As soon as there is more than 2 people waiting. I've seen 2 clerks to help. They even helped me save money on postage when I made a mistake. Overall very friendly. Just because you have one experience that makes up really emotional, doesn't mean write one star review venting about it. Post real reviews please.
I dont usually leave bad reviews but ive been trying to call this post office for 30 minutes everything the call just keeps ringing and eventually times out. I Just need to see if my missing packages are there because they said they were delivered on the first it is now the 11th and only part of my order has arrived. I live a half hour away and didnt want to drive over there just for them to tell me they lost my packages but i guess i have no choice considering they dont answer the phone. That is completely unprofessional to not have a proper call service especially when i called during their reported slow hours. If i saw all the other bad reviews i would have avoided shipping anything to an address in this area.
I thought my other post office was bad i have to use in this state. But this one is beyond ridiculous. And i have a sidewalk for a reason USE IT!
Carrier is too lazy some days, to carry the packages to our front door. He just lets slips in the mailbox, telling us that we missed the packages! The office doesn’t even answer the phone during business hours, to take my concern.
Chris left me on hold for an hour and never came back to answer my concern, I had called because I had a package delivered and it was left in a parcel locker but they didnt leave a key!! No one has answered any of my questions!!
