Never had an issue with this location until this week. Literally having to report carrier for forcing my locked screen door open when there is a mail slot on my screen door! Has nothing to do with package deliveries either. No reason for it, plus NO mask wearing when delivering, smh. That is breaking & entering essentially...unacceptable! Now if they would answer the phone! In general, trying to communicate with USPS is a NIGHTMARE & has been for years (since the Bush #2's administration).
I never had issues with this place, but until this year. I've gotten my packages sended to the wrong address and didn't get a a refund or even an answer back so those packages are gone forever. I also keep getting the wrong packages. the usps drivers and workers are not taking there time to make sure the person and address are correct. Being detailed oriented is IMPORTANT especially with packages that is highly paid for. I no longer suggest getting your packages from here, if you have the opportunity transfer to Fed Ex or Amazon, not usps because you most likely will encounter problems like myself. God Bless!
Excelent service
My experience at the post office is perfectly fine, but at home, make sure you have NOTHING in your mailbox when the mail is delivered. If you do, the carrier will either - 1) throw it on the ground; or 2) take it away.
The mail carriers have skipped our house since thursday. Had mail to go out in the mailbox with the flag up. Seen the mail truck and them walking 2 or 3 times and they didnt bother stopping at the house. Then I called on Monday morning at 9:05 and they open at 8:30 and sat on hold for over 35 min. I cannot wait for the survey at the end of the phone call. That's if they ever answer
