Very often we get a slip in the mailbox to sign for packages. Our mail lady will go to every other house and ring the door bell or bring the package to the door. Ours does not, we always get a slip even though we always has someone home. I remember a couple of years ago I had to chase after the car to get my package from her because she put a slip in the mailbox while I was walking to the mailbox from my front door.nOr the many times, well over 10x I had to pick up my packages from the post office, because that guaranties I will get my package on time. I live about 7 minutes away from the post office

Very disappointed by the quality of work. I always know when a sub is working, because my mailbox is left hanging open. Found out recently, that due to short staffing, mail is not being delivered. I had to pick up packages that I paid to have delivered.
No mail for two days, call and find out they didn't have staff.
4:50 pm and mail is still not delivered poor government service!
