They took my money. Never delivered my letter and they have the audacity to say i cant get a refund and to wait another week? It was priority 1day and the tracking states it never even left your facility after 2 weeks . It was time sensitive , you can't rely on this place.
Been having trouble in this location for a while. Yesterday took the cake though. Went in after they were closed to use the self service kiosk to mail something. Shocker, it doesnt work. You could hear USPS employees in the back, so I knocked on the door, thinking they cared that the machine was not working. No answer after several attempts, they even got real quiet, like I'm dumb enough to think they had left. For a business that is so far in debt, you would think they would want every possible way for them to make money, working. Guess not.
Horrible lately, constantly dropping packages off at the mail box, which is down the road nowhere near the house. Ppl drive by and steal packages right off the road.
People aren’t getting my cards that I send. Also I can’t wait in line. There is always a line I walk with a walker n they have no chairs. I am not saying they have to have the type of the line n comfortable chais but something to help people as mme who still wants to be independent people
Never really been a stamp guy, but these guys really know there stuff. I'm deathly afraid of paper cuts and my mother never let me get a cat as a kid. Guess that's why you can't believe everything you hear.
