Won't answer a specific question on a lost package. They must have their own BLUE WALL.
Will never use this post office again and i recommend anyone reading this to choose to do the same. The lady who is always behind the counter is constantly pushy and seems too annoyed to bother with anyone’s questions. Went in today to ship out a package( not the first time). She claimed my box couldn’t be used (it was a usps branded box) and instead of helping me with what i needed to get it shipped she pushed me out the door. I’m not the first person with this problem either but this is probably a good reason why the USPS is crying so much for more funding. Get your customer service together before you start crying for more funding.
Lady front desk was quick, and by quick I mean pushy. I misheard her once and she immediately snapped at me and when I complied she was snippy because I wasn’t going fast enough. If you work in a facility that deals with people, customer service is a must and she just doesn’t grasp it.
Recently went into this post office to mail out some letters. The lady behind the counter would not accept them due to being to thick. Instead of walking me through a process to get them mailed out she basically pushed me out the door. Why I write this is because I notice news trending on “saving the post office” but staff is unwilling to help make there customers happy. Thankfully the lady in mount penn (since we tried them next) walked us through and we had to pay a big chunk of money to get more stamps, if we wouldn’t of went there we would of tried another route to get them sent out and the usps would of lost money ironically since they don’t need it... unfortunately we will be taking different routes to mail in the near future.
