Clerks educated me about online options. They get you in and out quickly with multiple clerks at the windows. Been having issues getting my mail since we moved in to our apt 3 years ago. And now randy just leaves my packages in the office when I called, even went into the post office and asked MANY times to leave package at MY door. Last time it was left outside it was raining that day!
I only ship items on occasion but have always found the employees to be extremely helpful and they have made recommendations on how to ship a package differently which would save me some money ! It is fantastic to see such great customer service !
