The clerk that assisted me, Edward, was great! He was very professional and helpful. He also was very informative and answered any questions I had regarding an item I was shipping.
Terrible customer service & they have no idea what they’re doing.
My mail is constantly put in the wrong mail boxes our regular mail lady put a stop note on mine with my name and the one guy still puts my mail is the wrong box theres only 2 boxes one for downstairs and one for upstairs which is mine and you would think he would actually read the stop sign but no I'm still missing important mail and 2 packages that has direct instructions that all packages to apartment 2 shall be left on the upstairs porch nope he left them downstairs where there s a locked gate I can't get in to get them therefore that means he's also throwing my stuff and I have no access to get it both packages have been delivered but not to me ! His name is Tyler and when I try to contact the post office I get the run around
Only one around and everything that's needed for shipping is there. Staff is usually pleasant. Some of the sub drivers don't know how to deliver to the correct addresses.
When I lived up there the mail was constantly delivered to wrong addresses. I was nice enough to either walk the mail to my neighbors or write wrong address please redeliver on the mail.nnThe post office is fine to a point but they do not answer the phone and I can't find an email for them. I no longer live up there and I accidentally had a package sent to my old address. I've tried to call them about 15 times so I might have to make the hour drive not being sure if the package is there.
