My mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong addresses. When you call this office you get zero help and a bad attitude. I dread when my packages are being handled by them.

I must say for the 20+ years I have dealt with the staff of the Apollo Post Office and the majority of their carriers, I have been very pleased. They are every day people displaying no bureaucratic attitude, which is so prevalent in a lot government agencies & private industries. They have been available to answer a variety of questions, help resolve problems and do so in a courteous, caring manner. After having worked in Federal service for 38 years, I know good service when I experience it.
My package says delivered and I did not receive it. Try calling for sent to north apollo office and nikki who answered the phone was rude and gave me wrong number to call . The 800 number says I'm on a 2 hour wait time. I see now why I didn't get my package stupid postal worker with no people skills. Giving one star is too generous.
I received a letter from a friend who was sending me resin teeth for a craft, and when i got the letter, it was ripped to hell and back and it was obvious that someone tampered with it. the little baggy that the teeth were in was torn just enough for the teeth to be taken out and there were two holes in it. I tried calling them for half an hour, but their phone lines have the busy tone.
