Wonderful post office. I do both personal and business mailings at this location. The post master Ben is knowledgeable about postal requirements and quick to help and answer questions. The ladies at the front are friendly and kind. Thanks for the great service.
NOTICE * BE ALERT: The postmaster lies about shipping costs and overcharges by shipping the higher price. Says cheaper Ground Shipping is not available at Venetia Post Office.
I do not know what the deal is with the letter carriers from the Venetia Post Office. I constantly do not get my mail or packages because for some reason they can't read!!! They deliver everything to another street with the same house number!!! I have complained, but nothing changes. Incompetence.
The people working here have always been helpful for the last nine years. You have to understand that this is a very small building so you might have to wait your turn.
Worst post office I've been to. Disgruntled employee. Bad service.
