Everything here is great! Its small, but it gets the job done. There isn't anything more that it could be; Clinton isn't that big of an area that it needs a giant mail house. The staff here all seem very competent and enjoy the area as well.
This PO is great. Postmaster Naomi is awesome. Staff always tries to be helpful. My rural delivery postman is awesome it's as simple as that. If i ever had an issue it was resolved in a professional manner, in a timely fashion to my satisfaction.
The postmaster is excellent, very friendly and professional. Can't say the same for the postal delivery driver. She has been told not to, but continually drives over my lawn. She needs 36 ft to get off the road to get to my mail box and another 36 ft to get back on the road. More than 4x she delivered mail to the wrong address. Once she reported delivering priority mail to my box but kept it and handed it over to another driver to deliver the next day.
Lost my rent in mail so have to cancel check and pay late fee, told me not their problem because mail gets lost... it would be nice if they did their job
