Reynaldo helped me so much. My package was going to cost $45 to mail. The contents were only worth $25. He helped me get a smaller box and stuff everything in it. He helped me tape it up and get the correct label on. It was 6:00 and the PO was closing, but he took the time to help me. That’s great customer service!
My wife was there to send a package recently and got some of the worst customer experience she’s ever experienced from the young man working the desk. He was unhelpful and rude, and didn’t know the basics of how to send a a few return packages; he didn’t even make eye contact. I’ve been there several times and it’s been hit or miss. Some clerks are great there, but you never know who you’re gonna get. It would be great if they could get train employees who lack basic human courtesy, or let people go when they won’t practice it.
The man working at 1 PM on 11/6/2020 was totally unprofessional. He had an awful attitude and mumbled under his breath the whole time. I was unsure what to do and asked for an explanation and he was the least bit helpful. When i labeled the package incorrectly he shook his head like it was my fault for his inability to give me instructions. Awful customer service from a miserable employee. I certainly wouldn’t hire that guy. It’s safe to say I will be taking my packages to the UPS store next time.
Great location, always busy, most employees are great keeping in the amount of the work they have to do. I love this location and the convenience.
The bald man is very disrespectful and ruude. He is very nice with the ladies tho!!
