I love the staff at this location.nQuick fast and friendly.nI've had delivery issues but that's on the usps driver out of centrlia annex. The Tenino usps office isn't connected to the driver's or the annex.

I've had a po box here since 1998 and Never had any issues until recently when people retired and all new people work there now. Ongoing issues with my packages being delivered to me on time it's pretty bad when I stand at counter for 30 minutes while they try to locate my package in their tiny building this has happened too much for me to keep this po box why pay for shoddy service? Also filed a complaint and we will see how that goes

Lobby is open all day, even if desk is only open afternoons.

Ordered dog food for my dog on Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered on August 27th and they said the driveway was blocked and so they left a we missed you slip! Driveway is never blocked. My landlord was here even to accept the package. Which she lives at same address. I think they just didn't like my long driveway or something. They said I can come pick it up at the post office. Screw that and they only days I can actually come is the weekend days, which their office is closed. Why would I order something on Amazon and come pick it up somewhere anyways? Amazon is for convince. This post office has been inconvenient! They still have my dogs food. Not sure if I will ever receive it. I rescheduled a re delivery and that was for this last Tuesday and it's Saturday and I received nothing! Such a bad way to do business!

The people who work there have been a staple of Tenino's post office for years. They are great people and very helpful and friendly. I've never walked out of there without a smile.
